Disable failing tests (#674)

* Disable failing tests

Failing tests, to be investigated:
- node - send_single_many_peers
- node - fork_bootstrap_flip
- node - bootstrap_no_publish

* Disable unconfirmed_send, upgrade_v1_v2

node.unconfirmed_send and logging.upgrade_v1_v2 both
fail on macOS
