1. Copy files from this directory
2. Remove `conf.d/default.conf`
3. Generate dhparam and snakeoil cert:
```
openssl dhparam -out dhparam.pem 4096
openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -noenc -out snakeoil.pem -keyout snakeoil.key
```
