Change base_url and run it as you would run a quart app

This is a MITM between you and wikipedia, basically it impersonates wikipedia.

I don't know if that's legal, but I don't think you're going to get sued for running this.

It's easier to maintain this way, but if somebody has a serious problem with this, I'll do something about it.
