Do this in /etc/nginx

1. Copy nginx.conf from this directory
2. Remove conf.d/default.conf
3. Generate dhparam and snakeoil cert:

openssl dhparam -out dhparam.pem 4096
openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -noenc -out snakeoil.pem -keyout snakeoil.key

4. Make your server entries in conf.d/ like server.conf
